Passo a apresentar a proposta: We are looking for an independent, serious, highly motivated Frontend (HTML/CSS) designer/developer for Telecommuting collaboration. Candidate description: • 3+ years of development experience. • Strong HTML 5 and CSS 3 table-less design. • Strong understanding of web design concepts, site functionality, interaction, user interfaces and navigation. • Proven experience to use the best practices and the latest web design trends in user interface design. • Speak English on a working level or better. • Experience with Git and SCM workflow. Additional skills appreciated: • Experience with template engines (erb) and stylesheet languages (Less and SaSS). • Experience in JQuery, JQuery UI, Modernizr and Bootstrap. • Comfortable with Ruby-on-Rails environment. • Excellent problem solving skills and passionate about technical challenges. • Strong conceptual thinking, both visual and interactive. • Self-motivated and able to multi-task. • Able to take initiative, to be productive and efficient. Job description • Transform .psd files (or other vectorial formats) into web user interfaces according to design specifications. • Optimize current HTML / CSS. Improve user experience. • Communicate effectively with project managers, technical leads and other internal team members. • Understand the goals and strategy behind each project from conception through completion. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
