A melhor alternativa é você usar um protocolo chamado NTP (Network Time Protocol), que pode ser melhor difundido atraves das RFC's 2030 e 1305, basicamente em servidores linux o diretorio de configuracao é /etc/ntd.conf(server), no client em linux apenas execute ntpd -q pra sincronizar os times.

já se sua rede for windows(client) baixa um programa em http://nettime.sf.net e siga o wizard, conforme as configuracoes padroes.
