estou criando um site em css pelo DW, mas queria q não pudesse usar a barra de rolagem pois quando usa o scroll o plano de fundo não fica fixo.já tentei o <body scroll: no;> tambem usei body {background-image: url('fundo.jpg');background-repeat: no-repeat;background-attachment: fixed;} mas nenhum funcionou.
