e o seguinte!

tenho uma tabela .. e dentro dela tenho links (meu menu)... queria q essa tabela fosse descendo (alinhada verticalmente em baixo) conforme eu mexe-se na barra de rolagem!

COmo faço isso?? o. 0

E q tenho muitu conteudo.. e queria q o menu fosse acompanhandu ^^

Aí cara...esse aqui é só funciona com figura.. mas se você souber mexer... eu acho que da pra alterar...
