Página De Cadastro Da Erro!

Question

Bom dia a todos, já faz uns dias que venho tentando de várias formas fazer meu site com sistema de cadastro, login e senha, porém os tutoriais que encontrei na internet todos dão o mesmo tipo de erro, por isso creio que seja algum erro meu de configuração e gostaria que me ajudassem, o erro ao enviar o cadastro é esse:

segui tutoriais de sites diferentes e tambem tentei à minha própria forma mas o erro é sempre o mesmo, só mudam as linhas do erro de acordo com o formulário, se alguém puder me ajudar ficarei muito grato.

já resolvi o problema, lendo por aí outras coisas vi que o banco de dados do access não aceitava caracteres diferentes de _ , então me lembrei que no meu banco de dados tinha e-mail, onde eu mudei para email e finalmente funcionou, o problema agora é outro, não consigo fazer com que uma pagina em .asp abra no mainFrame, ela abre como somente códigos, alguém sabe o que é?
