Hello! Virgin atlantic Airways SVD Terminal was improved upon expectations. The check-in personnel were polite and effective, and made a very good first impression. The terminal is intimate but clean, and all signs are straightforward. Although there are fewer amenities than at larger airports, all necessary services for a seamless departure are present. Boarding went on schedule and was efficiently managed. I liked how Virgin’s staff maintained a calm, friendly atmosphere throughout. The flight crew also gave a warm welcome onboard, which made the entire experience feel premium. I’ll happily fly with Virgin from Solid service all around.
