Passing via Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport terminal, flying with Aeromexico Airlines was a simple and pleasant experience. Easy to find and well staffed, the Aeromexico Airlines FCO Terminal check-in desks made the process simple and smooth. The staff members were pleasant and helpful; they patiently addressed every question and offered straightforward directions. Once we cleared security, the terminal felt huge and contemporary, with lots of seating and decent illumination that made the wait for the flight enjoyable. Nearby restaurants also offered a great selection of beverages and foods. With helpful alerts keeping travelers current, the boarding process was well-organized and on schedule. Overall, the Aeromexico presence at FCO Terminal impressed me with its efficiency and friendly atmosphere. The airport layout helps to make the whole experience of flying Aeromexico out of Rome less stressful and more enjoyable from start to finish. Definitely a great experience one should remember for upcoming travels.
