Bom pessoal, estou precisando de um sistema de enquete em PHP/ MySQL que tenha área administrativa e que os resultado da enquete seja mostrado em porcentagem no site e e na area administrativa em total de votos e porcentagem.... alguém poderia me ajudar por favor.. Desde já agradeço.

Boa noite galera. Estou com um problema, alguém sabe como fazer um banner flutuante aque aparece depois de um tempo determinado. Eu já crie o banner flutuante mas ele aparece logo que a pagina é acessada e eu queria que ele aparece depois de 1 minuto.
