problemas para compilar

olá,

sou novato em C...

Fiz o download indicado pelo meu professor: devcpp4980.exe (dev c++ 4.9.8.0)

Quando tento compilar alguma coisa ele simplesmente não compila... abre uma aba stdio.h e aparece o seguinte:

obs.: quando apago o include stdio.h ele faz o mesmo procedimento para stdlib.h

alguém pode me ajudar? utilizo windows vista.
