Está bloqueando POST?

Pessoal, quando eu mando as variáveis de uma página e as recebo através de POST em outro script elas estão vindo com valor (null), eu estou achando que seja o script abaixo que está bloqueando o envio através de POST, alguém poderia confirmar se é isso mesmo? eu já li e reli todo o código mas não consegui decifrar.
