Ajuda eu aqui no meu Site

Olá pessoal, sou novo nisso aqui, estou elaborando um site em html mesmo, simples de tudo, para o clan, pois não estamos querendo pagar, para construção de um site. enfim 0

Estou tentando colocar links em cima ou melhor no meio das images de ULTIMASWAR E PROXIMASWAR.PNG que ue possa atualizar por um arquvio config. alguma coisa assim... se alguém puder ajudar
