Ajuda com formulario

Quero direcionar os dados do campo do formulario para meu email natykar-automotivo@bol.com.br como posso fazer segue o codigo abaixo :

Eu normalmente uso este form para enviar a meu email.

No name das caixas de texto(input) tu coloca "01_Assunto" e vai indo de acordo com a ordem dos formularios

No segundo por exemplo tu coloca "02_Email"

E no terçeiro: "03_Outro"

Se tu colocar como eu falei acima, no seu email vai chegar:

Assunto: RESPOSTADOFORMULARIO

Email: RESPOSTADOFORMULARIO

Outro: RESPOSTADOFORMULARIO

O numero tu coloca pela ordem.

E depois do Underline(não sei escrever) tu coloca o que tu quer que seja enviado.

Sempre funcionou para mim.

Meu amigo eu uso o scrip do cgi do terra.

A pagina envia o email para o cgi terra e ele envia para o seu email.

substitua a apenas a parte de envio do <form>.
