Scroll Automático

Galera, algum de vocês poderia me dizer como eu faço pra diminuir o tamanho dessa janela de scroll automático, deixa-la bem menor... e tb mudar a cor do scroll, tirar o azul e colocar um preto, verde... etc

cara, confere teu script que aki as setas n funcionam não e dá pagina inválida...

aparece tudo mas n funciona
