O que você acha que é redeclarar??? Declarar de novo, não acha???

Ali diz que não pode redeclarar a função lock(), logo, ela está repetida...sempre que aparecer esse erro significa que você duplicou alguma função...

Já ouvi algumas vezes que é possível redeclarar uma função, desde que o php.ini esteja configurado para isso. Seria isso verdade? Alguém saberia me informar?
