Msflexgrid

Galera, como copiar e colar Msflexgrid em outro form sem dá erro, esta aparecendouma mensagem: Subscript out of range, 381: como faço para resolver.

Segue abaixo o código:

acho q o se flexgrid não tem a linha 2, não é isso??
