onchange em uma imagem

Question

Pessoal,

Estou com um desenvolvimento em que preciso pegar a matricula de um funcionario e fazer uma busca no banco de dados e devolvar na mesma página o nome do funcionario e seu supervisor.

Queria saber como usar essa matricula que a pessoa digitou na minha pagina para fazer a buscar e imprimir os valores na mesma pagina.
