Usando função int()

Olá, boa noite. Estou estudando Python e me deparei com o exemplo abaixo sobre transforma uma string em integer, Mas a minha dúvida, na verdade, é sobre o porquê há um "\n" no final do programa?

num = 13
String = '187'
 # Stores the result value of
# binary "187" and num addition
result_1 = int(String) + num
print("int('187') + 13 = ", result_1, "\n")
