Ae galera, é o seguinte

to tentando instalar a lib xft-2.1.1 no linux suse.

Entro no shell, dou o ./configure, tudo bem...., dou o make, beleza...., agora qd dou o make install me aparece esse erro infeliz que não sei o que faço..., ta ae.., toda parafernalia:

Procure uma versão do software adequada a tua distribuição(deve ser adequada a VERSÃO de tua distribuição, pois a versão dos softwares que está causando o problema).

não entendi direito.., da pra ser mais claro/específico, porque não manjo quase nada de linux....
