Formulário Em Cgi

Olá pessoal

Trabalho em uma agência como web design, a parte de programação é outra pessoa quem faz.

Estou com um problema, pois utilizamos sempre o asp para fazer os formulários e enviar esses dados por e-mail

O problema é que hospedamos o site em um provedor que trabalha com cgi e necessitamos fazer um formulário para enviar esses dados por e-mail

Há algum tutorial para formulário em CGI, ou um código para que esse formulário funcione sem problemas?

Quais informações o servidor tem que passar para que possa ser configurado esses formulário??

A dúvida parece nada a ver, mais eu estou perdida neta parte de programação.
