Problema com shell_exe()

Sei que não é o canto apropriado para colocar essa dúvida mas tenho certeza que alguém ai deve me ajudar :P

To com uns probleminhas em um blog.Instalei um plugin de backup, e quando eu vou entrar na interface dele da um erro.

Parece que este plugin está tentando executar um comando do Linux e você está rodando ele em um ambiente Windows. Verifique isso.
