Coloque uma ImageList no form e coloque os ícones nela (definindo uma Key para cada ícone). Depois, referencie a ImageList na propriedade SmallIcons da ListView e ao criar o item coloque a key do respectivo ícone no parâmetro SmallIcon do método Add.

mano não entendi como eu faço essa parte .

Na propriedades da SmallIcons da Listview não achei nada .

sou um pouco leigo nessas coisas smile.gif mais avançadas . tentei achar um tópico ou codigo mas não achei .

fiquei hoje o dia inteiro procurando antes de postar aqui .

vlw pla atenção .

achei um site em ingles para esse problema .

You can see that the item is now in your listview, but it's somewhat plain. There are no images shown. To display images in the Listview you need to bind the listview to an ImageList (or multiple ImageLists). To do this just click on the Custom property and once you are in the property pages for the Listview click on the Image Lists tab. Select imlLargeIcons for the Normal ImageList and imlSmallIcons for the Small ImageList. Then exit. You will now have to tell VB what image you want to display with each item you add, since in reality we can have as many images as we want. To tell it that we want to display Image #1 from imlLargeIcons, and Image #1 again from imlSmallIcons we just have to do this:

    Dim itmx As ListItem

    Set itmx = ListView1.ListItems.Add(, , "Item1",1,1)

Isso que está ai em cima ta la no site , mas tem mais coisas sobre listview .
